New Decade, New You

This event is open to all authorized personnel with base access and their guests. Any guests are required to pay $3 per person per visit. This is not open to the general public.

This 6 week program is designed to assist you in making the best choices for your health and fitness goals! Meet Tuesdays starting Feb. 4 from 11:30 am – 12:15 pm in the Base Gym Conference Room. Sign up at the Base Gym before Feb. 1.

  • Week 1: Feb. 4 – Class Introduction, Behavior Modification and Goal Setting.
  • Week 2: Feb. 11 – Basic Nutrition and Hydration.
  • Week 3: Feb. 18 – Food Labels, Meal Planning and Food Myths.
  • Week 4: Feb. 25 – Commissary Tour.
  • Week 5: March 3 – Dining Out and Choosing the Right Options.
  • Week 6: March 10 – Maintaining Your Goals. Bring a healthy dish to share!
