Step It Up Fitness Challenge

 
This is open to all authorized personnel with base access. This is not open to the general public.
 
Take 10,000 or more steps each day from Aug. 17 - Oct. 9. Click here to download the tracking sheet to track your daily step counts. You can use Fitbits, pedometers or cell phone step counters.
 
Prizes awarded to the top 3 males and females with the most steps. Email completed tracking sheets to nasjaxfitness@navy.mil to enter. Winners will be contacted to schedule prize pick-up.
 
Please remember to practice social distancing and local government guidelines while participating in this contest.
