Great Navy Campout

Come camp with MWR Community Recreation! This is open to all authorized personnel with base access and their guests. This is not open to the general public.

Discover your adventure and connect with nature & wildlife on Saturday & Sunday, June 23 - 24 at the Allegheny Recreation Complex. $10 per person (free for ages 3 and under) includes Activities, Crafts, Outdoor Movie, S'mores, Dinner, and Breakfast. Drop in activities include volleyball, board games, horseshoes, basketball, lawn games, bean bag toss, swimming and kan jam.

Limited spots are available and reservations are required, so reserve your camping spot today by visiting Community Recreation in Bldg. 622 or by calling (904) 542-3227. 

SUGGESTED SUPPLIES TO BRING: 
Tent*, Sleeping Bag, Sleeping Pad, Camping Chairs, Pillow, Flashlight, Snacks, Games, Bug Spray & Hand Sanitizer.
*Limited tents are available at no cost.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS:
Saturday
10 am: Check In & Camp Site Setup
12 pm: Swimming & Free Play
2 pm: Visiting Speakers & Nature Crafts
6 pm: Dinner Available 
6 - 8 pm: Kayak lessons in the Outdoor Pool
7:30 pm: Campfire Songs & Stories
8:30 pm: Outdoor Movie & S'mores

Sunday
6 am: Sunrise Yoga
7 am: Breakdown Campsite, Grab & Go Breakfast
