Format is 4 Player Scramble. Each player's tee shot must be used a minimum of two times during the round. Teams will be flighted by the total team handicap.
 
Entry Deadline: October 9th. Entry must be accompanied by payment. Entry form is located at the Pro Shop. Call the Pro Shop at 904-542-3249 with questions.
 
Any authorized military or DOD patron and their invited guests. Field limited to the first 128 paid players.
