Navy Region Southeast: Nautical Mile Challenge
Run as an individual or gather a team to participate in a timed interval running challenge. Run a nautical mile (6076 FT) while completing various strength intervals along the way to test your cardio and endurance. Sign up is required to participate.

The Nautical Mile:
Phase #1: Starts with a 1/4 mile run
Phase #2: You will perform 50 Pushups
Phase #3: You will run another 1/4 mile
Phase #4: You will perform 50 Air Squats
Phase #5: You will run another 1/4 mile
Phase #6: You will perform 50 Sandbag Cleans
Phase #7: You will run another 1/4 mile
Phase #8: You will grab a sandbag and run 800ft to the finish!
