Complete 100 of the featured exercises (or the listed time/calories) each day to test your strength and endurance. Get your stamps from an MWR staff member at the Fitness Center or Base Gym to track your progress and earn a prize for finishing the challenge!
This event is open to all authorized patrons with base access and their guests. This is not open to the general public.
